Room 13, 7, 8 and 9 went for an overnight camp at Waitawheta, just out of Waihi.
Our adventures began with a visit to the Bird Gardens in Katikati and then onto camp. We explored the local stream to cool down and then played on the adventure playground.
What fun it was feeding 130 children and parents, no problem with Camp Mum Liz Wilde on the job.
After a fun night of singing and games and an early morning we visited the Bullswool Farm. A great place to go and learn about the animals.
The last adventure was a ride on the train back to Waihi.
Thanks to all help from the parents and what wonderful children we had.
